Job Description * THE OPPORTUNITY Spokane Corporate Housing is currently seeking a quality Hotel Sales Desk Associate for our three corporate housing communities located near the city of Spokane, WA, US. The Spokane Corporate Housing team consists of team members that have a strong work ethic, are positive English communicators, can work within a team, and do the right thing when nobody is looking. This is a long-term full-time position and is a great opportunity for growth based on mutual strengths. Base Salary and Schedule: Starting pay will be $3.25/hour. After a six-month regularization period demonstrating satisfactory work performance, pay will increase to $4.25/hour with merit increases anticipated and will be calculated based upon a 40-hour work week. Your schedule will be 10:30am to 7:30pm pacific standard time with Sunday and Monday off. *JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties include but are not limited to: Via telephone and email, maintain positive resident relations by resolving resident issues, book and lease rooms, and manage electronic inventory. Record and update details of resident bookings into computer software, respond to guest’s text messages, and send marketing emails. Monitor booking email and respond to guest’s internal and non-public booking matters via telephone and electronically while continually pursuing the goal of closing the sale. Check-in and out of guests and capture guest payment authorizations. Ensure property management software automatically sends out correct text messages and emails to our guests. Weekly, compare competitor rates and update company rates in addition to other administrative duties. Other duties as assigned. * THE CULTURE Our current team members love working here! Job Qualifications *EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
College or vocational graduate and processing of reservations with preferred certification of formal hotel training, reservation experience, or equivalent experience. Ability to handle detailed administrative tasks, to work under pressure of timed objectives and with purpose and with minimal supervision.

Professionally work at home with connected generator, sound resistant room with limited background noise, and 100% reliable, fast, and secure internet/telephone connection with a back-up service.
