Job Description • Ensures that the Vision, Mission, Goals and Targets of the Company and Top Management are effectively communicated and carried out to staff members • Ensures that the Company’s Values and Policies are upheld and influence staff members to align with the Company’s Core Values. • Work closely with Top Management and management team to develop business plan and revenue generation strategies while maintaining profitability. Ensures effective execution of these plans and provide corrective actions in a timely manner. • Manage, develop, coach the sales force through counselling and product knowledge and develop their skill to ensure high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. • Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Executives as they generate leads and close new deals. • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales in closing or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
Job Qualifications • Must have a Bachelor’s/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Preferably with extensive sales experience up to supervisory level managing a sales team and handling retail accounts (preferably in furniture industry)
• Must have strong connections with Architects, Engineers or Interior Designers
• Must have the skills in business planning, development and management
• With analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
• Demonstrates strong leadership in managing teams and delegation of targets
• Must be willing to do saturation to open new accounts to drive sales quota
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work a variety of hours on assigned shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Driving skills and possession of driver’s license is an advantage
Compensation 30000 - 45000
