| Job Description | - Initiate annual PM plan for all facility equipment and monitor PM activity of all facility equipment - Prepare, update and control existing facility drawings - Discuss and coordinate the plan to facility technician and also to Manager - Conduct evaluation and make recommendation for the improvement of all facility equipment to improve its efficiency - Coordinate the spare parts controller for requested parts and arrange schedule of installation of replacement parts. - In-charge for the inventory, storage and control of all facility tools and supplies - Train and teach facility technician |
