Job Description JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Constructs recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. • Conducts regular follow-up with HR/Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. • Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. • Attends career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. • Performs Screening, Testing, Interviewing Process (STI) shall be done thoroughly and endorse of candidates to all respective accounts. • Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests. • Provides Endorsement & Introduction, Excuse Letters, Change of Schedule Letters, Extension Letters, Memorandum Letter and other related documents (if need be) to assigned accounts. • Holds Pre-Orientation/On-boarding procedure for all new hired employees. • Provides payroll information after cut-off by collecting time and attendance records. • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data and issues Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone and transferring call to proper party of concern; relaying messages carefully and accurately; maintaining equipment and supplies. • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. • Constructs weekly tasks and accomplishment report/work plans • Monitors Manpower Inventory, ISSUES and CONCERNS of Project Employees and Clients, perform other criteria and functions as maybe deemed necessary. • Manage Client satisfaction and properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as EXPECTED.
Job Qualifications Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4 years Business-related course
(Psychology or Human Resource management)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail
- Manages time efficiently
- With strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel
