• Graduates of any 4 year course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No BPO/Call Center experience needed
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Amenable to work in Quezon City

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Reviews documentation and interprets data obtained from clinical records or system to apply appropriate clinical criteria and policies in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements for member and/or provider issues
