Job Responsibilities: . • Be able to prioritize support complications while building high customer satisfaction • Periodic report generation of assistance activities • Deliver assistance and guidance to end-users applying and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote interconnection or over the Web; • Work together with customers to deliver and process information in response to queries, concerns, and demands about products and services; • Gather customer’s information and determine the situation by studying and analyzing the issues; . .
