Job Qualifications Job Responsibilities:
- Handles large amounts of incoming calls from customers
- Answering customers inquiries regarding on the products and services that the company offers.
- Providing excellent customer service experience
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Offer:
Permanent contract
Full-time position
Earn 13k - 15k monthly package

Minimum Requirements:
- College level of any course
- In legal age
- Confident and with good English communications skills
- Possess Customer Service Skills
- Must have at least 6 mos Call Center experience
- Willing to work in shifting schedules -including night shift or day shift
-Amenable to work in our DAVAO CITY
